The best way to contact us is probably via a post on the forums or a PM to one of the officers. Every officer should be able to answer most basic questions, though if you want to ask something particularly tortured/complicated/bizarre about the minutia of guild policy, it'd be best to direct it to the GMs.

Also, contact via in-game chat works as well if you're either on our server or don't mind creating a quick level 1 alt on Perenolde.
